The mixture of steel fiber reinforced concrete with steel strip consists of cement, water, coarse  fine aggregate, fiber  chemical admixture  additive as necessary. Steel fiber is a kind of fiber whose diameter ratio (the ratio of fiber length to diameter, when the fiber section is non-circular, the diameter of equivalent section circle area) is 40-80, which is produced by cutting thin steel wire, shearing cold rolled strip, milling ingot  rapid condensation of molten steel. Low carbon steel fiber can be used for steel fiber reinforced concrete at room temperature, while stainless steel fiber must be used for fire-resistant steel fiber reinforced concrete. Adding proper amount of steel fiber into mortar  concrete can improve its tensile strength, bending strength, toughness  impact strength. The correct selection of the components of the mixture has an important influence on the physical  mechanical properties  construction of the steel fiber reinforced concrete. The design of the mix ratio of the fiber concrete for deck pavement should meet the requirements of bending  construction,  the bending strength increases with the increase of fiber content,  the working performance decreases with the increase of fiber content. Because of the increase of internal friction, the fluidity of concrete is obviously reduced,  the water consumption of concrete should be improved appropriately. The fiber can effectively prevent the expansion of concrete micro cracks  the formation of macro cracks, so as to improve the tensile strength  bending resistance, impact resistance  fatigue resistance of concrete. The addition of waterproof agent in fiber concrete has the advantages of moisture-proof, crack resistance  wear resistance,  plays a good role in basement  civil air defense engineering.
